First time to a WW and will not be back. Was surprised to see a black bean patty on the menu and was surprised again when I bit into it. Didn’t know a black bean patty could be that bad. My partner had the Italian beef and said the meat was pretty gross. Staff were nice enough but overall feels like a waste of $20.

Stopped by for dinner and decided to try the "Signature Sandwich" the Wicked. The service was great and the staff answered all my questions regarding the Sandwich process and made recommendations as well. I got the Regular Wicked which was just under $10, the Regular size sub Sandwich is 7.5 inches which was a nice portion and there was no skimping on the toppings or meats which I loved. You create your own sandwiches by filling out your designated "bag, my Sandwich was fixed correctly just as ordered. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that there were alot of fatty pieces in the bacon that may be better with a tad bit better quality meat choices, but I had a great experience and I'll definitely visit them again!

Staff was very rude to us we got there at 7:15 pm and ordered our food it was done at 7:25 pm we were asked if this was take out we were told that we close at 8. I wan we literally have 40 minutes to eat , The sub that was made was a ham sub with extra mayo and deli mustard the mustard was every

Can I just say, STEAK and cheese should NOT be made of Roast beef...I get it they both are beef, but they gave me a warmed over cooked roast beef & cheese called it a cheesesteak...Ugh NEVER again Before u even ask,I did ask the lady was that the way its supposed to be. She said yes they are the same meat. I then said well it's supposed to be a different cut? She replied with the WORST response, I DONT KNOBS WHY, I JUST WORK HERE & DO AS I AM TOLD...I was then just holding up the line...So

I have been here before, and each time, it's been a good experience. As you know, we got a lot of opportunities to grab a quick bite for lunch, and I tried to pick my lunch place that would make me feel like I got my monies worth and with no hassle.Most places you get an issue with are misunderstanding what you wanted. This sandwich shop takes the misunderstanding out of the equation. You fill out what kind of sandwich and what topping you want, and they even supply the markers. If your sandwich is wrong, it's because you filled out your bag wrong, and they give you ot back with your sandwich in it.I am one of the strange people who likes my bread toasted for my ham sandwich, but I want the meat cold, and they were accommodating to me.Happy I stopped here because the meat and such tasted fresh, and my sandwich was made exactly the way I wanted.Vegetarian options: You can get a sandwich with only vegetables and no meat.Kid-friendliness: The markers make it great for the kids to use but watch and make sure they are only using on paper. The small sandwiches are kid sized and they have many options to choose from.

Very nice associates that work at this location. Absolutely delicious sandwiches with the BEST chocolate shake I've every had. Definitely a top notch road trip stop. Clean bathroom and location too.

Asked for toasted cloud bread, first told me they were out, then found it... Forgot to toast it. I asked them to heat it up, told it was heated. Bread was cold on both sides... They put it in a microwave for way too long and ruined my sandwich. It was completely ruined. I was on my way to work out of town. I ended up hungry and very irritated after paying $30 for 2 sandwiches.... I was hungry all day.... Gee thanks
