The overall service was amazing the cashier was very kind and respectful the food was mid because the fries had to much salt the atmosphere was kind of awkward because there was barely anyone there and it was so silent but it was okay

I went to get my lunch and the employees were incredibly rude. I waited in the drive through for a good 15 minutes for my food. Before this I was told to pull up and wait, so I did. Employee came outside and rudely said that I was blocking traffic and needed to move, it definitely could have been said in a nice way since I was literally doing what I was told.

I had the worst food ever. They completely got my order wrong. I ordered sausage and egg. They put cheese on it. I'm lactose intolerant. I ordered coffee with 3 creams and 3 sugars I got 2 handfuls of sugar and not one creamer. Since I couldn't drive there to get more food I'm stuck with food and drink I can't tolerate. Don't know if I'll order from here again. Doubtful
This is the last time I will pay for food at this place. Seems like they are ALWAYS running out of chicken. And the last time I did get chicken, it was horrible. We love bojangles, but not this one. I will gladly drive out of my way to get it next time. I believe the mgmt is to blame. Training apparently is not of any major importance.

The place was very dirty, the glass around the food looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. I dropped in to get the bojangler that came back. The lady said they didn't have any at this time. I was kinda glad. I went to high point Bojangles where it was clean,and got my bojangler. There sure are a lot of advertisements around the stores about the bojangler. Such a shame it's not available in tville.
