I did a mobile order and my food was messed up I called back spoke to one manger the second manger cut him off and said she made the food it was right with a nasty attitude I told her she didn't make it right so she needed the other food back which the other manger didn't tell me but I brought the food back with me anyway after a few minutes of back and forth I told her since she made them and they were messed up when she make these don't spit on them she was on the drive thru speaker and said I don't spit on no got damn food she was so loud and ghetto I had already pulled off an another customer was about to order at this time.

Came through the drive thru to order food the darkskin skinny lady was very rude had a nasty attitude slamming drive thru window because we were trying to make sure our order was right she was cussing loudly we heard her from outside in the car and I'm pretty sure customers in the building heard her the manager Fallon had a attitude she didn't even correct her employee for being disrespectful when we try to talk to her she turned her back walked off and shook her head to be honest this was the worst experience I started to give her the food back and get my money back because the experience and service sucks no complaints about the freshness of the food but the staffing and manager is not good at all 1-10 of me coming back is a 2

The cashiers and managers screwed me over. I place an order on the BK app, and I went there to pick it up only to find out that the order is not in their computer. Go to the one on National Hwy instead of this one because their staff is much friendlier and more understanding.

If you are eating fast food they are better than most around. They seem not to forget to put all of your order in the bag as well compared to others.These days you can't even get napkins or ketchup with your food much less your order but I haven't had that with them. The food is to my knowledge usually hot more fresh and doesn't taste like it's been laying around like Wendy's or McDonald's ect.
