Do not eat at this location. I have been to this location several times in the past month and the outcome has been the same everytime. They have no idea how to cook a chicken sandwich properly. Rude and unprofessional people. They should train better and hire people who are more capable of working under pressure.

The staff is friendly, but the manager is rude. Waiting in drive thru line trying to decide and he gets on the mic and rudely asks if we were ready to order yet. When we said something, the employee just laughed. Maybe some polite customer service training needs to happen.

The soda, french fries and lady that took our order were great. The BK fish sandwich was disappointing. The fish was hard and looked like it had been frozen for months. This was probably an exception and I will try it again.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Whoever they have taking orders on the drive thru was a complete disrespectful joke who clearly doesn't want to work. Just a boy wanting something handed to him! My wife and I were astounded! Food was cold. This was early morning 11/7/23.

This is all the time. Check your food. You won't ever get it your way but the way they say you going to have it and it will be cold! All with a glopp of mayonnaise and attitude!

This place is truly nasty. Every time i have ate here ive gotten food poisoning, and have been treated terribly. workers are rude and could care less about costumer service. My chicken sandwich was legit raw last time i came here and they got my order all wrong. how hard is it to make chicken . Please don't go here unless u wanna get sick . only thing i recommend is the fries and sometimes they cant even make them!!! they be giving u old ass dirty floor fries
