I went through the cookout on Randolph Street in Thomasville. I got The first time the service was bad. The food was wrong and everything that then the manager from there called me back and made everything spectacular. She was amazing.

Ordered hot dogs all the way it has lettuce mayo pickles you are a disgrace to the south. The hot dogs was ice Cole threw the entire meal in the trash will never go here again. Hope Dairy OS put your out of business soon.

Asked for a walking tacos with jalapeño (mind you an extra $.50) and I did not get any jalapeños and my fries had no Cajun seasoning at all it was very plain.

They can't seem to get an order correct. Not small things like forgetting a condiment, but things like giving you a chicken sandwich when you ordered a burger. If your sandwich comes wrapped in foil, check it at the window because it's more than likely wrong, and over cooked. It's best to just avoid this location.

I hate their milkshakes. My husband loves them. We got some it's not for me. I guess fast-food managers don't train their staff that if a person orders more than one drink you're supposed to ask if they want a drink
