This location is so unprofessional and rude. The new manager Dan is running this place into the ground and seems very mentally unstable. This location used to be amazing now it’s completely trash. They will make your order incorrectly then refuse to make it correctly. On top of that their MANAGER will accoste you in the parking lot after THEIR OWN mistake.

Ordered a meal for curbside pick up, 9:30pm on a Saturday. I get to the store and check in and wait for 25 minutes. I get that there was only 2 employees working, but honestly if you're not going to do curb side, tell someone. I parked in the curb side spot. Both employees kept looking out the window at the car. Of course you can only check in once, but neither one of them came out. I ended up going inside to get the 2 pizzas that have been sitting on the counter for almost 30 minutes.. no explanation or apologies for what happened. I have no problem going in and getting the food the problem I have is that the curb side was an option, I chose the option and it wasn't even done.. if it's not being serviced then turn it off or have restrictions because waiting 25-30 for my order, all to have to go inside after waiting is ridiculous.

Order from Marcos several time in the last year spending 48.00 to 65.00 each time food was good . Now they say they don't deliver on a very populated street they did as of last weekWhat a crock. I'll take my business elsewhere

I'd never heard of Marco's until I visited this place years ago. And they always been good. Once I ordered some food but they were unable to deliver it to me. The next day they delivered to me free of charge. I was next expecting that. Marco's of Thomasville, NC is a class act!

Great pizza for the price! The manager is a great guy! We couldn't get pizza delivered so he gave us a discount for picking it up. He didn't have to do that.Parking: Right in front. At least 10 spaces.Kid-friendliness: Good food options for kids!Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is right up front for handicapped individuals.

Best cheese anywhere! Upon signing up, I get frequent coupons which I use often.
An almost 40 minute wait tonight for pizzolis and they were absolutely disgusting. The dough and cheese were completely raw throughout all 3 that we ordered. $30 in the trash. The cheese bread was the only thing worth eating. This quickly reminded me why I never order from here.

I have been ordering on and off from Marco's for a month and understand there is no such situation as food perfection everytime. The Marco's customer service was noteworthy via telephone conversation with the On-Duty Manager. On-Duty Manager said it was a glitch in the ordering system, which caused an incorrect order delivered. I got the refund processed thru the third party delivery service and made sure the driver kept their tip. Thanks again and have a good year.
