My husband and I stumbled across this restaurant a few weeks back. I've been in and out of Thomasville my whole life and not one time have I seen this place since they opened and how I regret not eating there until a couple of weeks ago. We have been there 4 times in the last 14 days and guys, let me tell you, Cracker Barrel, Skippers, and Sanibel cannot compete with Max's. Their country fried steak beat Cracker Barrel hands down and then I got their Flounder and dear God, that fish was fresh and fried oh so perfect. Then we had to try out breakfast and again it was awesome. I don't say this lightly because I'm a very picky eater but you really need to try this place. I can't put it any better than this place is Awesome. Thank you Max's.

Max's has good home cooked meals and offers breakfast all day served by friendly staff. It is not a very large place, so it fills up fast. I was surprised that the place was almost full on a Monday evening. They appear to have quite the local following. Based on that, Max's is well worth a try. Arrive early as parking is limited.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kid's section on their menu. They have two TVs, usually showing animated cartoons.

Food is so good!! Went for the first time this week and we really enjoyed it. Not only do they give you plenty it's delicious . I highly recommend trying it if you haven't already. Great service and very friendly.

If you are in Thomasville North Carolina you need to stop by max's family restaurant. The food gave out hot, with a good side portion. My husband order a Philly cheese and I order a club sandwich. The pricing for what you get is awesome ? so go and try it yourself and you will not be disappointed

My family and I enjoyed our experience here. I would recommend coming early, between 4-4:30 to get a table as they do fill up quickly. Personally, I did not like the Philly cheese steak wrap I got, but their breakfast looked amazing. A few things here are hit or miss, but I've heard from my very picky family that their spaghetti, lasagna, French toast, waffles, and country fried steak are good. Friendly staff and quick service.

Aaron was absolutely terrible I walked in to pick up my order first I set there for 6-7 minutes while multiple employees walked right by me finally I get someone to ask my name and that my order is ready but instead of ringing me up goes to another order while I stood and waited another 10 minutes my order was ready when I walked in the building then I get home and I’m missing all the ranch we ordered that we were charged for food was cold just absolute terrible service all around I have ate here before and had great service but this was very disappointing
