Girl at the drive-thru repeatedly says "ok anything else" before even letting you finish your sentence. Literally after everything I said she interrupted with "ok anything else?" How about letting me finish my oder without interrupting me 50 times with your sentence which is only meant to rush me. Then she asked if I wanted to round up, I said no. She didn't hear me say no, must've not heard me after saying "anything else" foe the 30th time. So I pull around and she sticks her head out of the window to say "I didn't finish your order." While she had someone else at her windows in front of me paying. Extremely annoying behavior.

Placed an order here two days in a row for delivery. First day they forgot two fries and the second day they forgot a milkshake. When I call the store they say there is nothing they can do and rush off the phone. They said I need to contact DoorDash even though they didn't put the items in my bag. Also told me I would have to come to the store and pay for another milkshake which is an inconvenience at the moment. Hence why I placed a DELIVERY order. Mistakes happen, yes but twice in a row and then to be rude about it is unacceptable. DO BETTER!!

Manager named Caesar taking orders today 2/12/24 was very rude. Dropped my card and had ZERO apologies made, looks very stuck up. Very poor customer Service and gave me Dr Pepper instead of coke. Totally Wasted my time.
