That 21 year old boy that is the general manager is very rude to people. He has a smart mouth and when you ask about other employees he puts them down saying, " Oh, they are just a shift leader! " I was so shocked by the disgusting attitude of this boy. No respect for his elders and takes his position to his head. I'm surprised no one else has seen the way his attitude is. His name is James Andrew Martindale. No general manager should have this kind of attitude and treat others so badly for no reason. People are going through things out here and they definitely do not need to run into people like this at a business where customer service is supposed to be a priority. I spent the rest of my day questioning why that boy is so cruel and rude with people and I about cried after the way he talked to me. I just thought to myself he must be a very miserable boy to treat people so disgusting and I'll just pray for him. It did make me thankful because my boys don't treat people like that and if they ever did they would have to answer to me.

I’ve been ordering here for close to 30 years off and on with no issues. Recently one night the pizza tasted very odd. Instead of calling the store to voice my concern because it was so late, I just sent in a basic email to customer service. Next thing I knew the operating partner emailed me back and it felt like I did something wrong because I was complaining about the pizza being pretty terrible for the first time ever. With that attitude, you’ll be lucky if I order from here again. You’re not the only pizza joint in town.

I ordered one pizza stuff crust with two toppings around 10 p.m. It was delivered on time but they didn't put any cheese on it and baked the pizza so hard it was tuff and chewy. They didn't even cut it. I called to let the manager know and he supposedly gave me a credit but when I called back 3 minutes later to just get another pizza because we were unable to eat the first pizza they won't even answer the phone! This is absolutely horrible! The topping keep falling off and the crust is baked crispy. I know they would not want to eat a pizza like that if it was their family! I hate workers who do not care and work so lazy with poor customer service!!

I just ordered delivery from them, I accidentally did a cash order instead of cc, the delivery driver helped me and the guy that answered the phone was super helpful, I’ll continue to order from these guys, good people work

Ordered boneless wings tossed in Honey Chipotle sauce tonight. Those were frozen chicken nuggets with the sauce DRIZZLED on top…like ice cream syrup definitely not boneless wings. They could have at least rolled them around in the sauce. I had already gotten home before I realized it & live too far to go back. If I would have called they would have told me to bring them back which was not going to happen. Lesson learned…never again!
