We had to ask for refills, she asked me what kind of salad I wanted but then told me they were out of lettuce when I answered and I ordered a beer but never got it. Not to mention they were out of every kind of beer but one. This was our first time here and we won’t go back. Place seems run down.

I am a huge fan of pretty much every sir pizza location I've found and this one is no different. They all have slight variations on flavor but this location is among the closest to what I consider the original and therefore is excellent. They did a robust take out business while I was here but surprisingly the dining room wasn't very populated. That was great by me as I got to enjoy my pizza in peace. Our service was great and everyone was super friendly. This location is a little out of the way for me but I will certainly visit again

I honestly hate to give this place this review because I love the food so much. This review is based on the SERVICE ONLY!!! The last 2 times I went to the location on 109, the waitress Destiny was almost completely non existent. She finally made her way around to give a refill when we were getting ready to leave and my drink sat empty for half the time we were there. She never came to ask if we needed anything or if we were ok. The kitchen staff was listening to explicit music and was singing along using profanity like no one else was there. They were also using profanity speaking to one another during normal conversation. I am empathetic to the service industry as I've been in the biz for over 20 years. Oh and there was only 1 other table in the place with customers at lunch time! I'm completely disappointed at how this place has went down over the past couple years. Unfortunately this is the last time I'll visit this location. Senior management needs to take a deep dive into operations here. Good luck if you plan to visit!

Unfortunately, I gave them a one star on food because you can’t taste air. I ordered a pizza from this location at 6:02 pm and was told it would arrive in an hour to an hour and a half.At 8 pm our pizza had not been delivered. I contacted the location and was told my pizza was just now going in the oven. I would cancel but I prepaid with my debit card and do not want to deal with that mess. I guess we have another 30 minute wait.Do not order pizza from this location! I will not be doing any business with this location or the location in Thomasville. I would recommend just going to North Main in High Point
The place is always pretty dead, but I get it bc u have call-insand etc. But it's like they'd rather sit on the phone VS saying hang on 1 min dear I'll be rgt w/ya (instead I stood lookin crazy)!!!!But Chef salad was good, pizza just ehhh not anythg u'd brag about.... price goes up and toppings go downnnn....

Moved to silver valley area a few months ago and have always had sir pizza from the national highway location so have tried the silver valley one several times it has been great..until last Thursday evening the pizza I got was very sad cheese in a pile in center and very salty not what I'm used to from sir pizza.
