Literally the most rude employees at any fast food place in town. I understand that typically fast food workers are bottom of the barrel as far as IQ, but that doesn't mean that they have to be rude at the same time. I would go on and on with the specifics about what just happened and how rude they are overall, but I've wasted enough time writing about them. Avoid at all cost!!!

I don't recommend going my order was not right one of the burgers looked like it had been chewed up food sucks and so does the service the only reason I gave 1 star is to let everyone know that they have struck out with me on more than 1 occasion

Honestly, I finally gave this store another chance and I REGRET IT SO MUCH.First, they were “out of frosty” and decided a large sprite was good enough replacementThen my nuggets were cold and had a hard piece in themThe sprite was flat and tasted like soda waterThe baconater fries had no bacon on them and the cheese had a tasteI really wish id have just told them to cancel my whole order

I'm not sure what happened over the last few months. They are always out of stuff and had broken equipment. They don't tend to tell you they are out of anything. They can be rude at times as well. And among other things most of their employees are very racist!! I will not ever order from this place again. In my view this place needs closed down!!!

We placed an order to our Thomasville, NC location. Thought we would give another chance. First off if someone orders a burger with no condiments please don't put condiments on the item cause they could be allergic! Second your ketchup is spoiled which ruined the rest of the order as well. I'll never go to this location again! That was the last chance! 60 dollars in the trash!
Went there on Tuesday night got 2 $6 biggie meal I told the cashier I wanted it cooked fresh my fries were cold I asked if I could get hot fries he took them off my tray and put them in the dryer I said I don't want them I want fresh fries so the next morning I called and reported it they told me to come back for another meal I went tonight and STILL were cold fries nuggets cold so I won't be going back didn't make since SMH

Me and my girlfriend just went here, they were very rude, the lady who greeted us had a really bad attitude also you can here the workers arguing and yelling at one another through the drive through and inside, we ordered 2 number 3s and we were missin gf 3 nuggets out of our order and the fries were old and stale the coke had no carbonation I think that’s sickening for this franchise to be the most expensive in the fast food industry you would think they would take care of business more appropriately.

Called and the manager wouldn’t give his name or district manager name or number to call. Instead they hung up and wouldn’t answer the phone anymore.
