my sister in law and i went to zaxby’s around 9:30pm. waited 30 minutes on our food, which it was a bigger order so we were okay with waiting a little bit but at 10:00pm we finally get our food and we were missing a whole meal and our drinks. we called just down the road when we realized. they told us we could come back and get our drinks but they were closed now and cannot get us our missing meal. we go back and they wanted to take our whole order back to make sure we weren’t lying about missing a meal and once they saw we were actually missing food, they said they could do the meal but without the fries because they were out. we were okay with that so we waited another 5 minutes and they come out now saying they’re suddenly all out of the wings for our missing meal yet weren’t 5 minutes ago? this was absolutely ridiculous.update- my sister in law and i came in the next morning around 11:30am to speak to a manager about the situation. she was so sweet and resolved our issue perfectly. she made our missing meal and added in a free drink

The food was good. The service was fast. The atmosphere was good. The parking lot is was a little deceiving to enter. Saw several people enter the ABC store parking lot first.

Ordered their Zensation salad and cheddar bites. Both tasted good, but... severing sizes for the price were very disappointing.For just a little more, a much better salad can be had at Applebee's, with a size a good bit larger. The Zensation salad was right at $11.00.The cheddar bites were right at $5.00... and the serving size was rather pathetic.See the photos for serving sizes. Take note of the size of their "spring roll" for reference to the size of the salad... and it's not that the spring roll was large.Lastly, Zaxby's should teach their employees to welcome a customer when they approach the register to order... and likewise, they should teach them to say thank you too.

Just came through and got our drinks with no straws and had to pull up to wait on the food. When she brought it out we asked for straws and she said they we're "currently out of straws". We looked into the dining room and everyone had straws so my husband went in to get them and couldn't find the woman to tell her to stop lying just so she doesn't have to walk in and out of the store when she really needs the exercise anyways.

First time eating in this establishment. The food was really good.
The girl at the window is incredibly rude, was mid sentence when she slammed the window closed. Then the kid they have bring the food out has all of the boxes side ways where the sauces leak out everywhere. I get that they’re teenagers and their job sucks but dang dude. Used to come here all the time and I won’t be coming back.

Very unprofessional and unnecessary staff. Lady at the register was trying to assist me on getting a sandwich and the staff in the back was yelling at her continously to get food off the shelf and wouldn't stop until she stopped helping me to get food. Also, on my order the lady in the back gave me a burned chicken sandwich.
