After ordering at the drive thru, we were told “once you get here it’s a 20 minute wait”?!? We are here, at the drive thru. This is not a call ahead order. Here we sit, in the parking lot WELL PAST 20 minutes. PLEASE indicate the wait BEFORE allowing us to order. I don’t even know what to say. First and last time here.

Was hungry for dinner tonight and decided to go to Dixie's and purchase the catfish salt and pepper dinner. It came with three salt and pepper catfish fillets, french fries, coleslaw and hush puppies. It was hot and tasted so good! I even have leftovers for lunch tomorrow!
Been here 3 different occasions at lunch and have left each time without food due to the wait… good food but not for ppl on the clock

Fish was really stale. They forgot half my sauces, chicken Philly was disgusting , no seasoning at all fries were stale as well. Maybe an off night, but dang.

Not happy with customer service there are some pretty rude workers in there and took forever to get my foodwhen it wasn’t busy!!!, not my first interaction with rude safe there as a saw saw people arguing the other week one was adult and a teenager I seen nothing but disrespect towards older employees with younger staff and bad communication the young woman(teenager) was completely disrespectful in the situation looked like older employee had enough of it

Great place for a fast meal in Troutman! Staff is great, and the food beats all the fastfood restaurants in the area. Plus, they have a bunch of milkshake flavors :)
I call my order in at 503 and they told me pull over and way when l got there at 518 and l waited till 537.They told me 15 minutes

Got my order to go by calling it in when I pulled in the parking lot it smelled like rotten fish and I went ahead and gave them the benefit of doubt thinking maybe it was something they had thrown in the dumpster (the dumpster was on the pickup window side and it stank )Then when they brought out my order it was so light weight I had to check an make sure there was food in the box, which cost me 15 dollars and some change, I don't think I will be going back
