Everyone has been very awesome there on all shifts except for the I guess the early morning shift manager with Dunkin donuts she's very rude I do have to say that but other than that everyone else has been great and food is always on time because he's always great and other services spectacular I love

Christmas morning. We were headed out of state and could not find anything open to grab something to eat. Except this Dunkin Donuts with awesome staff stuck working Christmas morning. Great fresh food and friendly faces!
We always have a great experience at this Dunkin location! Every staff member is always so pleasant, especially the high school students! I never leave without a smile on my face and a delicious coffee in hand!
The worst attitudes and customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will not be returning and I do not recommend.

Stop there early on a Saturday morning. Wow, great service and breakfast sandwiches are great. When I’m traveling to Wilmington it will be a regular stop. Management keep training & hiring the staff members I met this

The customer service was extremely slow. One girl was more worried about socializing with her friends that had come in vs actually taking care of customers. After almost 5 minutes of waiting, I just left without ordering.
