Really good home cooked food. I had the Salisbury Steak with gravy, Mashed potatoes and Corn. All were really good food. This is the essence of a Mom and Pop type place where they cook all day, and consistently put out good product. The burgers are really good, the Hot Dogs are really good. The fries were crispy without being overdone. The atmosphere was small town, blue collar, which fits the food perfectly. It was like having dinner at home, only someone else cooked it for you. If you find yourself in Wadesboro, I highly recommend a visit!

I went to this place today and I order a loaded bake potato that is on the menu for $6.09 I was charged $7.37. I order a bacon double cheeseburger that was on the menu for $ 6.89 I was charged $8.37. The Lady owner was working the cash register cheating people out there money. I would not go back here cause she is upping the price on you to make ends meet. She is looking at the same menu as everyone else. Then she asked do you want a receipt like she have not cheated you out your money. If the menu online not correct then you need to change the menu instead of cheating people. I will never go back here. The food don't taste as good unless Lewis is there. I just wasted my money.

Food is great! Have driven by that for years in our way to the beach from Charlotte. Wadesboro is one of the last places to eat for a long stretch. We took a chance, so glad we did. HOT bar FULL of good old southern cooking. Fried chicken, cornbread, collards and yams so good. Cooking like my grandma it's a lost art. It's a little dated inside but country cute! Who cares if it's clean and food is good.
Don’t stop. I’m warning you. You’ll wish you hadn’t. Nothing freshly cooked. Everything was either frozen and then heated up or canned and just heated up. My fried chicken may have been a few days old.

The food here is actually really inexpensive and surprisingly really good but the place itself is old dingy and I saw splatters of food on the wall. When you come in it seems like a bunch of locals that stare at you wondering what the hell you're doing in this place. The service wasn't horrible but it certainly wasn't great. We won't be back
