What kind of public restaurant closes the restrooms hours before they close? We were on the road for hours and looked forward to stopped here to rest.The restrooms worked they said “they close them at a certain time.”I call that lazy. Part of working in a public restaurant is cleaning the restrooms and they are required to remain open until closing time unless there is something wrong with them.Subway has really gone so far downhill the last several years.

The order taker was unfamiliar with the menu. For the first time in 10 years ordering a subway sandwich I've never been so disappointed. I ordered a steak sub with everything and I received a cucumber, lettuce and olive hero with toilet tissue thin specks of steak and no jalapenos. Wow! In addition to $13.00 for a subway hero, on oat wheat toasted bread, (not) bread was neither fresh, nor toasted! Never again will SUBWAY get anything from me but sharing of this experience with ALL and ANYONE who I can warn of " Don't believe the commercials". While speaking to the manager, "Ellie", another male was on the line and stated he was also a manager and asked if I had a receipt, I said yes, gave him receipt no. and told him I left 45 minutes ago. He then said he couldn't identify the receipt no. I asked him for his name and he stated he was not "Allowed" to give me his name. Subway Wadesboro NC franchise is the worst I've ever seen.

This is the worst Subway ever. Manager and employees are ALWAYS rude and racist. ALWAYS out of ingredients like lettuce, cheese, and vegetables. Does NOT have a public restroom. Don't even deserve the one star.

Cost me 14.53 for 8 meatballs and a coke. No bread or veggies. Don't plan on going back. Chesterfield Subway is much cheaper and better.

I was rather embarrassed. There were two teen males making sandwiches that kept jumping up pretending they were playing basketball every few seconds and asking silky questions that made no sense. I could not even concentrate on how to have my sandwiches made. It was not a pleasant experience for sue!

I was not bash impressed with this Subway at all. First, I waited over 12 minutes to place an order with only 1 person ordering in front of me. There were two people working but only one was doing the sandwiches. The beach room was disgusting and the toilet had not been cleaned in awhile. The sandwich was decent so that is the 3 stars.

The people were nice and the food was good but they don’t accept Subway coupons. It cost $9.38 for a 6” meal. I had a coupon they wouldn’t accept that would have brought it to $6.99. For $9.38 I could go to a sit-down restaurant and order a meal and have leftovers for later.

Very disappointing this evening at Wadesboro, NC Subway on Caswell Street! Subway coupons received via mail border on being useless. There is a paper sign on the glass where you place your order instructing you to show your coupons prior to ordering....I mentioned to the sweet girl taking my order that I had coupons but she didn't respond to that statement in any way....just went on to take my order. At checkout, when I attempted to use my coupons, she stated that there were only a few select subs that the coupons would be accepted for (even though coupon states "any footlong". This is the 1st time that I have not been able to use the coupons. I understand the coupons state "at participating" Subways; however, this is the 1st time they have not been able to be used; evidently current management made this decision which, in my opinion, is poor customer service! I then wanted to use the coupon for a free 20 oz drink with purchase of "any footlong" but, once again, was denied the use of the coupon as stated that it had to be one of the "management approved" subs in order to use the coupon! This situation was out of the hands of the sweet girls that were working this evening & I understood that; however, management may need to rethink the issue of customer satisfaction.

Me and my boyfriend usually go to subway for lunch since both our work places are very close. About a month ago I ordered a protein bowl and it was nothing but spinach and oil. About a week ago my boyfriend wanted a sub they told him they are out of lettuce and spinach. I don't get how you're out of the 2 main ingredients in a sub shop. The very first time I went the girl making my sandwich acted like she didn't hear me whenever I asked for mayo 3 times with the worst attitude.
