Slow customer service and order was wrong. Person training staff on the register rung my order up. It was wrong.

Went thru the drive-thru the other day and mistakenly forgot to say large. Asked if the order could be adjusted and was more than willing to pay for it. The lady waved it off with an attitude but gave us the order and we thanked her. Went thru again today and as I ordered the first item, I heard an ‘ugh’. I proceeded to order as normal. Went to the window and it was the same woman. We paid, were kind, thanked her but I could tell something was up. Did not get a receipt back which is not normal. We usually get a receipt. Sure enough, we got home and not only was the size wrong but so was the breakfast sandwich. I’m not sure what this woman’s problem is but clearly she has issues. The other people we have encountered at this location have always been wonderful but this one sour apple should find a job she enjoys.

Food was quite literally thrown into my bag. Everything was either stale or cold only thing that I was able to consume was my bottled water which I didn’t ask for but was charged for anyways.

Man ..it's with a heavy heart i leave this review because i used to love Burger King.i stopped yesterday and got burger, fries , milkshakes ..The milkshake had some solid stuff in the mix and kids or wife would not drink it.The burger i got, someone went crazy with the mayonnaise, i swear there was a quarter pound of mayo on it, just ruined what would have been an ok burger. and whoever the purple shirted manager or whatever was that handed me our food, she gave me the crappiest look I've seen from a person who works with the public in a long time.. She looked at me like i insulted George Floyd or something.I don't think I'm ever going back to BK again, it's a thing of the past I'm afraid.

Normally a decent BK, but it seems they can't keep enough staff there to put the "fast" in "fast food". Last time I went there I ended up leaving before ordering because the line at the drive thru didn't budge.

Love the rodeo burgers and onion rings I miss the one in Louisburg NC have to go to the one in Wake Forest now since the one by closed down wish they didn't I prefer burger king over McDonald's any

I haven't been to a Burger King in 10 years or more. I took my 9 year old daughter to this location today for lunch which was her first time ever eating at Burger King. I have to say that with all of the bad experiences we have had lately at McDonald's our expectations were very low. This Burger King was very clean, friendly, got my order right and the food was so good. We will definitely be coming back.

I don’t know who manages this place but food is ALWAYS horrible. Customer service is not great. Employees always sitting in cars in the parking lot. Pacifically asked for my food to be cooked to order just for them to give Me the hardest onion rings And fries ever and the coldest hardest piece of fish. Unacceptable. If I sat there and waited almost 15 minutes in line, I think you had time to cook my food to order as asked
