Cannon was so wonderful to work with! We had them cater our wedding, and they were very communicative leading up to the day, and on the day of, they were professional and very attentive. They brought our wedding party a plate of hors d'oeuvres while we were doing photos during cocktail hour, and brought my husband and I a plate of food as soon as the buffet line opened up at dinner. My husband and I also really liked that they’re a smaller, family-based business. They were fantastic all around, and so many of our guests commented on how great the food was during and after the wedding. We absolutely recommend them!

From our tasting through the reception, communication and client-focus was excellent.But the most important thing, of course, is how absolutely delicious Cannon's food is. The eastern barbeque is some of the best I and our guests ever had, and that is saying something. You know how wedding food is usually pretty 'meh'? Well every single thing that Cannon made for us was delicious. My mother, who was a strong bias against southern food despite living here for nearly 40 years, RAVED about how good everything was. I never thought I'd see the day.So many people came up to my wife and I to tell us that this was the best wedding food that they had ever had. When opportunities for seconds were announced, so many people wanted more, even though the original servings were plenty large.And that's not to mention the service--when my bride and I sat down for dinner, our plates were delivered to us immediately, fully prepared. The buffet line moved quickly, and dessert (also delicious) was served efficiently with coffee.The bartenders that Cannon provided were also amazing. We had 150 people for two bartenders and the line was never more than a few people long. They made batch cocktails with recipes that we provided and always were ready to go. And they were so so pleasant to us and all of our guests, serving efficiently but never in a rush.There are many more expensive choices for your catering needs in the triangle, but going with any of them would be a mistake. I can't imagine a better food and service experience at our wedding. Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed the tasting, all the food was delicious. Unfortunately the original venue canceled on us and we had to reschedule our party. Though Cannon Catering couldn't provide the service for our new date, they still provided us with delicious food. They are my heroes, in helping me get through the nightmare of the original venue canceling. A lot of our guest kept asking me where did I got the food from.
