Cava is something very different. Fast food style counter order made in front you in the assembly line style. So, yeah, that is kind of uninspiring. BUT…a very big BUT, the food is STELLAR! I absolutely love Cava!!! Each Cava location is bright & welcoming. It's setup like Chipotle where you go down the line and pick your ingredients. They have menu options to pick from, or you can create your own bowl, pita, etc. My favorite is the grains bowl with, saffron basmati rice, two scoops of tzatziki, braised lamb & grilled chicken, pickled onions, tomato + cucumber and tomato + onion.
