One star for the experience. As a first time drive through customer there is no clear direction on "pulling to the front" waiting for delivery of your food. I'm not a fan of their set up, so I will not be back or recommend for anyone looking for fast service.

Very good food. The server very professional, willing to go the extra mile. We need this restaurant in Chapel Hill, and the server.

I decided to try this place based on the reviews and it's okay, but it's like cook out just with other options. Burgers are comparable to cookout but with just a slight change and fancier buns.I didn't enjoy the cheese curds as much. Some had grease inside and after a while felt dry without any sauce. They only offer ketchup and mustard by the soft drinks. I'm sure they have other sauces, but none were mentioned during the order.Milk shake seemed a bit skimmed but good. It seems like they made it quickly, but only half way for a medium. Plenty of space for more. One lady had to point out to a manger the wait for line and decision not to have two cashier's which he mentioned was due to being understaffed. Long line inside and outside around the building with cars. The guy who delivered the milk shake took the number and then had trouble finding me for the food later. All and all it was okay but don't know if it was worth the 20 minute drive from Raleigh.

It was our first time visiting Culver's in Wake Forest. Easy access to get in and easy access to get out. The counter staff was great we looked in so we wanted to order and he also suggested additional items or explain to us what we got in addition. We ordered the two-piece cut with broccoli and fries. It was amazing along with the four piece chicken tenders. The young man who brought our food to the table is very nice. It was also a young lady who walked around with promotional items like little cups of ice cream. Her personality was the best. We are definitely adding this to our list of places to eat when we are out and about on the weekends.

It was extremely busy and they seemed to struggle a lot. The food was really good though, had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my food.

Came here on a Sunday (3/24/24). Got 2 easy meals which were messed up and forgot all sauces. They only had 1 person on the register which is NOT okay for any restaurant establishment these days. Didn’t seem like a manager was on staff considering not a single worker was communicating with each other (probably why my order and others were wrong). There was a dasher standing next to me who spoke up saying he was waiting for 40 minutes for a pick up order. They seriously need to get people in there to direct, correct, and make sure orders are going out complete. Everyone working just looked so stressed and over it. Complete disappointment. Now we have a 20 minute drive home with already soggy, lukewarm food because they didn’t offer to replace any food while we waited for them to fix the messed up part of the order. Whatever you do, don’t go on the weekend or busy eating hours. I did also give feed back to Culver’s website directly in hopes something changes.

Love the whole Culvers menu. Staff always so nice. One sandwich worth trying...the pork loin. I like it with onion and tomato.
