Worst customer service from a manager, you know the manager is Wrong when you ask for her name and she said “ I don’t have to disclose that information “She clearly had a bad night the app made a mistake and because the number I have on file “ did not ring “ that’s my fault. This was a simple mistake and no one’s fault but she was mad from the second I told her what I was calling in reference too. Like she’s had a bad night at work and takes it out on me someone who didn’t cuss , have an Attitude or say a single thing. Also a week ago I got Parmesan bread bites and this is what they sent me.. no sauce so many bites that it was all doughy not even fully cooked. If you think this is hooking a customer up you are wrong just give me what I paid for consistency.No reason to go into further details I will never order from this dominoes again which is sad because before the last two orders I have had wonderful customer service the lady I spoke to tonight I have never seen there or heard before clearly she’s new and needs to be fired. 3/21/24

Worst customer service ever!!!! I have been using this Domino's for over 3 years almost weekly. The delivery drivers are always polite and awesome. But the management, specifically the assistant manager is absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service. I ordered a delivery to my home on March 13, 2024 and both pizzas were literally not cut at all, and one of them was not cooked thoroughly at all. Shouldn't be a big deal right? Just call the store let them know and they will make it right. Nope! Called the store the next day (by the time I sat down to eat my pizza it was late) and asked to speak with the manager. The man answered the call as if he hated his job and didn't want to deal with customers. When I explained to him why I was calling he instantly became defensive and started explaining to me that the ovens cook at the same temperature for all pizzas and blah blah blah. That's fine I told him, but I order the same pizza almost weekly and it has never been this under cooked or floppy. He instantly cuts me off and says in a very rude tone "I can give you a credit for the pizza but this really should've been called in last night". I'm not calling five days later I called the next business day at the time of them opening. When I asked him why he was being so rude he started getting very upset and eventually hung the phone up on me. And proceeded to answer the phone and hang up until finally answering and yelling into the phone to call back after 6:30 to talk to his manager. No customer service skills at all!! Save the headache and disappointment for yourself and just go to the pizza place across the street. It may be a little more expensive, but at least they have amazing customer service and will treat you right!

Paid over $25 for delivery and after an hour of waiting they told us we canceled you order and it would be over another hour if we came and picked it up. The girl on the phone was extremely rude and not at all helpful. Welcome to 2024, terrible service and a big f you just to get dinner.

Took almost an hour minutes to get one cheesy bread, unhelpful employees. One told me my order was done at around 10-15 minutes in without checking, stared at me for an uncomfortable amount of time then when he actually checked he told me it wasn’t. It took 40 minutes for it to even reach the oven.

Jalen made my pizza to perfection, the store was very clean, and my order was given to me with a smile. I took advantage of the Emergency Pizza for Student Loan Debt. The website is so overloaded it didn't give me my coupon but Jalen assured me I'd get it. Thanks!
dominoes on white street Wakeforest is disgusting!! we ordered carry out eaflier this week and when I went to pick up the pizza the place had a very peculiar smell almost like mildew so I shrugged it off payed for the pizza and came home. we couldn't eat the pizza You could taste the same thing I was smelling in the Pizza! never again!!!

I usually get a two medium two topping pizzas and they are normally $6.99 each and when i order for delivery it usually comes up to $20. Today i made the same order (two medium two topping) i got a pepperoni and sausage pizza and a chicken and bacon. Now it added up all to around $37. I dont know What the issue was because this has never happened. I called Back just incase I misheard but no it was $37. If this happens again i Will probably never order from here again because a $17 price difference is a lot.

This location is AMAZING!!! My church orders pizza from here regularly to cater our events and they are always on time and extremely friendly! Thanks for being the best :)

We have been to this location several times in the past. The last 2 times we ordered from this location it was different and not in a good way. We love Domino's pizza but if they don't change back we will have Find a new favorite.

Ordered contactless delivery and asked the driver to set it on the table outside. Fortunately for me, I watched the driver (Trevor) from the window when the app stated he was going to show up. When he pulled up, he decided to deliberately shake my 2 liter soda over and over again, while standing at his car. Once he was done deliberately shaking up my soda, he then proceeded to take my pizzas out the warming bag and give them a good shake. When I confronted him, he tried to say it was due to the car ride and quickly walked away. Even though I told him I watched him the entire time through the window. Smh. Called the store to complain to the manager Jeff, and he didn't care either. Don't order from this location. I'm sure can only imagine what they do to your food when you're not watching.
