Placed an online order. Menu indicates “taco del chef” is Philly cheesesteak. Get home, it’s fish. I don’t eat fish. Call restaurant and they will NOT refund me without driving back there for something that’s clearly their fault. Bad business. Real bad. I spoke to the supposed general manager and he indicated it’s “company policy” to have to customers drive all the way back just to show and prove the order is wrong, as if I’m a liar. Pathetic. And very unfortunate.

Amazing place with great atmosphere! Loved all the decor, definitely felt like a lot of love went into this spot. Luca was our server, he had great recommendations and took good care of my mom and I for lunch on Good Friday. The food was excellent! Down to the tortilla chips ?????? Special margarita was blueberry pineapple- immaculate! I got the Camaròn tacos and mom got the Porter no pineapple. The shrimp was excellent with the perfect amount of heat, the pork was some of the best I've had in a taco. Will definitely be making the trip to Raleigh more often to visit more!

Gonza always has fast service, which I appreciate. Our server was a bit rude & seemed generally annoyed to be working, but that's not uncommon these days?. Food is reliably good! They started this new ambiance where it's very dark in the restaurant & there's a mini LED light at each table to shine on your food. I'm still deciding how I feel about that.

This place is amazing! Not only for the food but my bus boy that I met named Colten and he was amazing. I asked him to grab me more chips and salsa and he was quick and kind to do so. Watching him do his job with efficiency and also taking some time to go out of his way and make sure I was having a good experience was great. He was the highlight of my visit, food and service was great as well! Will come back again for sure.

I was so disappointed with our experience. The food and server was nice, but I disclosed I'd have a 3 year old with me and they put us in the "heated patio" that was freezing with a constant draft and was VERY loud. There was a teenage party in there and we couldn't hear ourselves talk. I asked the hostess if there was anywhere else and she didn't even come back to my table to say yes or no. Meanwhile a booth inside remained open the whole time we were there. I definitely felt discriminated against for having a child and that's why we were stuck in the cold and loud area. Our reservation was at 6:15, not prime dinner time. To say the least I was completely disappointed and will not be back.

The food was really tasty and the host was super kind! I have an allergy and I felt like our server wasn't patient or discerning when it came to my meal, so I was heavily dissatisfied. But other than that it was a great time.

I’ve been to this place several times, and they never miss. Great food, wonderful servers. I tried the flautas this time, and she did warn me they were spicy.. but these are SPICY, but delicious haha. Thanks gonza tacos for keepin up the good food and service!

Mid. This was mexican fusion made by people afraid of bold spices. I don't know how to describe it better but it just seemed bland.I had service at the bar and the woman was very nice and attentive. She was very busy and could have used a little more help at least bussing the bar. None of the 20 kids that seemed to 'work' there really lifted a finger. Maybe she likes it like that I don't know.All I know is I felt ok tipping her big. As for the food. I could have made it better at home out of a can.
