Ordered 12 piece wings with various sauces. Received all drumsticks no flat pieces. When I called the store to complain, the owner said he could redo but I’d have to come pick it up myself. Isn’t the whole idea of ordering in so that you don’t have to go out?
Ordered on DoorDash. The receipt was correct, but what we got didn’t match. My wife and I ordered wings and it’s like they didn’t even read what we ordered and just tossed a sampler of all their sauces, leaving out some of the ones we actually wanted. Tried calling them multiple times to speak with someone, couldn’t get anyone on the phone. We figured we’d just eat what we got, only to discover that we BOTH had hair in our french fries.

This is literally Chilis tricking people out of money. Don’t be tricked into giving them your money like I did. $20 for a couple wings fries and a drink is outrageous. The wings were mediocre at best.
