Love Jersey Mikes but the last two times I’ve been to this location my food hasn’t been the best. I’m not sure if corporate cut the meat down in the subs but there is noticeably less, also did not order with mayo and it has been added to my sub. I do not mind paying the premium price for a premium sub but in my option this is no longer a premium product.

Been in here twice and it’s always they don’t have this or they don’t have that. Also heard one of the workers tell another worker don’t bring the fresh bread to the front due to closing an hour before closing time.

This was always my goto place in a rush. I'd place a online order and swing through and pick it up. Yesterday I missed the cutoff time for online orders so I went inside on my way home. As they were making my sandwich a roach crawls across the counter. Right where they make my food. It crawled out of the bacon container and across the counter. I lost my appetite right on the spot! This won't be my goto place anymore ?

Pros: This location is great. Clean inside. Great customer service when picking up a mobile order. Cons: if you have a large appetite, the regular sized sub will leave you hungry. I'd bring my mother and sister here but wouldn't bring my father or brother due to that.
We order from here pretty often and normally happy. I order pretty much the same subs every time. I ordered the big kahuna with extra meat, my wife ordered to chipotle cheesesteak but added jalapeños and mikes way. Both subs did not come with extra meat and my wife’s did not have jalapeños or mikes way added to it. Pretty disappointed with this order.

Just stopped and grabbed to go. Food was good but no ice for drinks. Restaurant was nastiest Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been in. Women’s rest room looks to have not been cleaned in a while. Floors dirty with filth all over restaurant. Need a full cleaning crew in there to clean it up
