Do not believe the time when ordering, we ordered a plain pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread at 6:53 pm tonight. My wife had to get a refund at 8:08 pm even though it said it’d be ready at 7:48. Now me my wife and 8 year old son are looking for food so they can fill delivery orders first. Go somewhere

Service was terrible sat at the bar for over 15mins and no one asked me for help after paying $25 for a medium special pizza. The 1st and last time we come here. Staff stared and not speak.

Ordered "lightly baked" pizza and and an order of wings. Transaction 120875642. Pizza was overcooked w/ burnt cheese. Wings were (sadly) too hard and too burnt to attempt to eat. Wish I knew how to share pictures here.

I think the scariest thing about being a small biz owner is the risk of hiring competent employees. They can make or break a company.My wife ordered 3 large pies for pickup. Girl on the phone said they'd be ready in 25 min. We live less than a mile, so I left and waited in my car 25 min before walking in to pickup.Walked in, gave the girl my wife's name. Girl responded, I don't see an order for that name. She asks, "do you have an order number?". I reply, did you give my wife an order number? Nope. I call my wife, now in a 3-way conversation.I give the girl my wife's cell phone, nope. No order found with that number. I give her my cell number, nope. No order with that number.Meanwhile, I can see three large pies sitting on the shelf. Pretty sure those were ours.I left without pies, and had to drive to the Retail Dr. to order our pies.FTR, the girl seemed emotionally 'checked out'. Uninterested in working there, or unhappy about working the weekend.One last thing, I noticed a few employees making pies had beards that were not covered. I saw other peoples negative reviews about hairs in their pies. I'm pretty sure the hair is facial hair from being uncovered in the back kitchen area.The state I moved away from to NC, was a state law that food prepares must wear a cover over their facial hair. Surprised that isn't a law yet in NC.

Waited over 3 hours for food for 2 people to deliver, and we live .2 miles away. Yes across the street. Thought $10 in tip and delivery fees should cover .2 mile trip. No call or explaination when I called in except "Since we made your phone so long ago we can remake your food and send it back out with a driver or give you a refund" No apology or explaination. Just waited 3+ hours and told if we wanted we could wait some more. Order from anywhere else. Pizza is extremely greasy and undercooked anyway.

Order a xl with old world pep with half black olive and green peppers, light sauce, cooked well done. You guessed it, had to cook the pizza to well done, the pepperoni was not even cook and the cheese was slightly melted.Not sure why it’s so hard to cook pizza Marco’s, I will have to order an uncooked pizza to ensure I get what I want.

The staff was SUPER nice. My food was ready earlier than expected. It tasted great. We got two pizzas and breadsticks for a great price. Always love going to Marco’s Pizza.
