Just went to this McDonalds, always slowest drive thru so I went inside. Told me couldn’t take my order so I left. Went to Zaxby’s down the road no line and order done in less than 2 minutes. Avoid this McDonalds at all costs!!!

As usual, no one in the drive thru and I've already placed my order online 10 mins prior... I still end up waiting 14 mins for burgers that were reheated ? hard dry bun from being microwaved ? No napkins. Definitely the last time I go to this McDonald's.

I’ve been here 3 times and all 3 times they’ve messed my order up. Very simple order same everytime 10 piece nugget, sweet and sour sauce, med ff, and drink. 1st time no fries, 2nd time no sauce, 3rd time gave me a 6 piece nugget instead of the 10 I ordered. Not sure if they’re incompetent or just don’t care! Will not be going back here

Will hv you sitting at the drive through order board forever don’t hv enough common sense to put a sign and says out of service will just hv you sitting there and get to the window the short arm lady can’t even stretch her arm out to take your money and want to hv a attitude. Hahaha T-Rex arms and working in fast food with no socks on is that even sanitary

Definitely feel very happy with the service. We had Mario as our server and he did a great job. Very quick with not only my order but other people’s orders as well. He had a great attitude and I appreciate his service for that. He deserves a raise for his work.
Put in a curbside pick Up order. After waiting 20 minutes in the parking lot, I went inside to ask where my order was and they were very rude and basically accused me of lying about putting the order in after I showed them the receipt. Then they proceeded to tell me that I needed to drop my attitude and talked about me in the back, laughing and joking like the entire situation was a joke. This was after waiting another five minutes and having to yell hello hello to get anyone’s attention in the kitchen to help me at the register. This location consistently has horrible service and their employees are always on their phones or not paying attention. While I was waiting for help more people came in to order and ended up leaving because they got no service.
