Papa Murphy's made a mistake and gave me the wrong pizza in March 2023. I called and spoke to the manager. I was unable to go by the restaurant until last week middle of April. Tim, the manager remembered the incident and immediately gave me a replacement pizza even though it was almost a month later As a small business owner, I appreciate when someone makes sure customers are pleased with service. AND the pizza was real good when I did get to eat it. Thank you.
The food is excellent. The menu has great options or you can create your own pizza to take home and bake. They offer great pre-made up salads and dessert option is good too. Store is clean and fresh. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Definitely will be going back again and again.

Always a comfy place to go, staff is always pretty friendly and helpful. They've informed me more than once about their specials and how I can get more for less everytime. Do note that at this store you have to BRING YOUR PIZZA HOME, to COOK IT yourself. It's the whole point of the "Take 'N' Bake" experience..
