It had been awhile since we tried Pizza Hut after it seemed they had changed their crust recipe. We gave it a try with the Hot Honey Pizza and it was wonderful! The Deep Dish reminded me of my childhood BookIt days! Delicious!! We'll be coming back for sure!

I hate to give them a 1 because it was not their fault. Could only use drive thru it was after 9. A client in the front of the line would not move and made them make their order while they held up the line. The manager should have called the police and made the car move. We had to wait 45 minutes for our order that was ready in 15 minutes. The manager explained to us all. I had to call into the store to see what was going on. Why not pull the vehicle. I hate the saying that customers are always right because this was not the case. About 7 cars left the drive thru do to this. The Mager credited my account for the meal. We waited almost an hour. The manager should have called the police this time, sorry. Our order was cold when we got it. Was the worst experience ever. But it was not the restaurant fault. They were trying to please a customer they could not please. They lost a lot of business due to this rude customer. Next time, call the police. Sorry, not sorry!!

We were going to take one of our grandkids for lunch. We got there and a sign on the door said NO DINE IN DUE TO SHORT Staff. We drove around to the window to see if we could order. We love the Thin Crust Pizza Supreme. Waited a few minutes with no one inline if front of us.... We decided to go to Mellow Mushroom so we could eat inside.
