I've been here several times and everything has always been up to standard. Food isn't anything out of this world, but it comes out in a timely manner and has been correct every time. This restaurant is being managed extremely well. As a former chef I see things that most people don't and I've never seen anything I didn't like.

The greeter was rather pleasant upon seating me and guest. It took about 10 minutes for the waiter to come to our table to ask for drinks, when he came, he was rather pleasant as well, and food didn’t come out long after. When it did, we were both highly disappointed and dissatisfied with our order. Fries were hot and fresh, but the rest of our meal wasn’t. Like it had been sitting out all day. Between to two the $39 meal wasn’t worth it at all.

This was our first time going to this restaurant in about 3 years. To say we were disappointed pretty much sums up the experience.There was a 44 min wait time, despite plenty of booths and tables being open. They were very obviously understaffed. We sat in a booth near the bar area, and the bartender ended up being our server as well. It was pretty evident that he was tired but was working very hard.Our food was meh...the burnt end burger that I ordered barely had any burnt ends in it. My husband ordered a Royale burger, and it was pretty bland. The fries used to come with the meal so were surprised that this time, we had to pay for them as a side. My sweet potato fries were cold.The bill was $52 and some change before tip. For that price, we could have gone to a mid-scale restaurant. It's definitely not worth the price. Service was very slow, but as I said, they seemed understaffed. We may not go back there again.The restaurant was also freezing. Thank God we were wearing jackets.

More expensive than I expected. Food was OK. Sweet potatoe fries greasy , very little cole slaw came w/ my fish sandwich (about 1/2 portion compared to Red Lobster ) Kids meal didn't include beverage.
My food was great. Red Robin was always amazing. Unfortunately, my server was terrible. Constant mess ups in the orders, drinks, and communication. It was even more unfortunate that Im basically forced to give a 20% tip, when I get more service at a prison cafeteria. Great food, but it's impossible to enjoy yourself when all the orders are wrong and drinks don't get refilled and we it was just overall not enjoyable.

Sitting at bar, really doesn't look like a bar. Got my own menu's. Plate is really dated. Employees with girls fake nails (black color) needs to take them off , when working! That is a Health Code Violation! Seriously!!
