I really like the food here but the customer service was so bad I will not be back. I called in an order and when I arrived they stated that they forgot to put my order in and it was not ready. When I asked to speak to a manager, a teenager claiming to be the manager came out with a very bad attitude. When I asked for a card and to speak to her boss another woman who had been an earshot the whole time came out claiming to be the general manager and would not give me the contact number for the owner or corporate office. When I asked why didn’t she come out sooner when she heard the exchange, she said it was because she was busy taking care of all her orders. I was so upset that I cancelled the order my order and asked for a refund. The manager handed me half a receipt and when I asked when the charge would go back on my card she said it wouldn’t appear because she cancelled it. The charge did in fact appear on my card. So I ended up paying for food I never received and treated rudely by their employees, not to mention I was calling in the order because I was tight on time and had to feed my daughter dinner before I went back to work. I ended up going down the street to Il Bacios and working from my phone. We always receive great service there.

I have ordered from Romeo's several times and I am always impressed by their level of service and hospitality. The employees and manager are so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and fresh! It is our favorite pizza place! If you haven't had their chicken bacon ranch pizza, do yourself a favor and order one! It's perhaps one of the best things (not just pizza) I've ever eaten. Romeo's is an outstanding choice for pizza, wings and more!

Its a take out spot. Pizza was below mid! I ate two slices and trashed it. It reminded me of school lunch pizza. It was decent, edible, but appearance was way better than taste. Inferior ingredients. Pepperoni was tasteless. Cheese was tasteless. The sauce was crazy acidic. The sauce had a decent taste, but lacked depth. Makes sense why it's across from a high school full of hungry kids with immature palates. I don't recommend it for the real, Hoboken, NJ type of pizza lovers. Waste of money.Sorry, guys! Not hating, just not good pizza!

One of my new favorite places for local Pizza. Their sauce is incredible. Seems to me like they use a sweet tomato in the sauce. Absolutely love it.
Our family's go-to. A step up from PJohns, Dominos, and PHut and *great specials*. Owner is friendly and seems genuine. Sauce is sweet and the toppings seem fresh. I always pick up, because delivery is a waste of money. Parking is rough on weekends, but that's an issue with the shopping center squeezing too many restaurants into a small area.

Absolutely my favorite pizza in Wake Forest. I'm there weekly.Parking: The parking lot is too small for the number of restaurants in that little block. I recommend having a second person with you, one to drive around and one to get your food inside.

This is really good pizza! We've gotten alot of pizzas from various places here in Wake Forest and this pizza is definitely the best. Generous with the toppings and delicious sauce. Liked the crust too.
