We went to the Sonic location in Wake Forest, NC. I waited 45 minutes at stall number 9 with no order. The attendant came out and asked had I received my order, I said no. My order was never prepared and had to be rung up again! Again I waited only to receive half of my order that included chicken tenders for my grandkids, that looked as if they had been sitting out all day! No apologies were given. I then left needless to say a very dissatisfied customer that wasted an hour of my time and my money!

If I could give less than 1, I would. We waited a hour for our food. Then we see a worker get out her car with the tater tots that we ordered. They were bags of frozen tater tots. Not once did anybody let us know they were out of potatoes.

We ordered a burger with no mayonnaise and tomato and it had a thick layer of mayonnaise. The tater tots were not crispy at all. We had to repeat the order 3 times. The only thing I enjoyed was the cherry limeade.

When I told the deliverer that it wasn't what I had ordered, they lied to my face and said that it was. Went there Jan 13, 2024 at 12:30pm. Ordered from stall #9 and the woman on the speaker was clearly already flustered and short tempered, but I ignored it. I ordered, but the credit card reader did not work, so I selected pay with cash and got my money ready. We waited...and waited...and waited...and watched the cars is stalls on either side of me leave before their orders came. I waited 25 mins and gave up and left. I've never been to a Sonic where my order just NEVER CAME. I could tell there was at least one person inside serving the drive-up customers, but no other person ever left that center building in the 30 mins I was there, which means no one in the drive-up stalls ever got their orders. Kinda defeats the purpose. I'll never go back to this location.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I sat for OVER AN HOUR waiting on my food. They lost my order and then when it FINALLY came out it was wrong and cold. I had to go through the drive thru after waiting forever for them to get it right.

Here we are getting burgers at 8:15p.m. on Saturday nite and there's no sweet tea and they told us they probably won't make anymore tonite at all even tho they close in about 4 hours. Smh. Not everybody drinks soda or slushies..

If I could give no stars, I would, because they totally suck. I ordered an item. It didn’t taste right came back and less than five minutes later and they would not refund my money. Told me I can only exchange, and I didn’t want that they couldn’t give me the phone number to the owner or corporate office told me to look it up for myself. They were very rude and I will never go back there again in the food taste nasty. I will let all my friends know not to go there!
