Thought I’d go ahead and drop a review while waiting in line since I have so much time. Literally pushed the red button and no one responded, waited 15 minutes didn’t hear from anyone. Should have just left but my kids really wanted sonic! Jumped in the drive through line only to find multiple cars sitting. Finally someone came on speaker in a rude voice telling us to go ahead with our order. Didn’t repeat it back to me and had no screen to see it on ??‍♀️ I’m just gonna hope for the best. Anyway still in line with my three kids maybe we will actually get food here at some point. Will never come back here ever. Oh and she never said my total so I have no idea what it was.

20 min and never even had order taken at drive thru …. Happened 2 time yesterday and today!!

got here at 10pm w a mobile order placed online . guy came out and said they were out of bacon . whatever , we said its fine . then waited for 20 more mins on our food which was a small order . our milkshakes were missing key ingredients which we paid extra for . its so embarrassing that not only can they not run a business but they cant even compensate in what they lack w good customer service . place is taking peoples money and running w it . ive worked in fast food for a long time so most situations i am extremely understanding , but this was ridiculous

Ordered two large cherry limeades, started at pull in spot but no one ever answered so we tried drive through. Received cherry limeades, drove off and took first drink and they are horrible-taste like carbonated salt water-not worth my time to even go back here it’s in bad shape and won’t be back again

My husband and I showed up on April 2nd 10:23pm for some sundaes. The workers were talking outside in their cars and cooking for themselves inside. We sat for 20 minutes with a red activated button. My hubby walked to the window to see if we could get service, and they all looked right at us, said nothing, and never came out to take our order. Literally hiding in sight. I’ve worked in the food service, so I get clean up time, but the least they could have done was tell us they were closing down. Disgusting behavior! The food will not close you all down, but workers like that, certainly will! Never ever again!

The drive up employee was racist and prejudice towards me. The woman at the drive up was ready to give me my shake first then charge my card as they do with all customers. But then she realized I was a Black woman. Instead she took my card, charged it, and then gave me the shake as if I couldn't afford a $10 meal. Ridiculous. She's the fast food worker while I'm. Becky needs a reality check.

Server ignored our requests for a fork and napkins. I had the pulled pork burger and totchos. The pork was dry and seemed like it was days old. The burger was the same. The totchos had one tiny squirt of bbq sauce and one small piece of dried out old pork. My drink finally got to me when I was just about done with my meal. The day we went it had rained all night, but the sun came out early and it was a nice day with sunshine. In spite of that at 3:30 when we got there all but one of the out side tables had giant pools of water on top of them. The one dry one was dirty. No one had made any attempt whatsoever to clean or at least dry the tables. Not a good Sonic!!

The wife, I and the kids decided to eat here since we have not been to a sonic in a while with the kids. So we stopped at this store to eat and will never come back to this location ever again! We pulled up to spot 6 and ordered our food on the app like we normally do. After we ordered our food on the app it popped up on the screen that our order is being ready in the kitchen. There was only one other car in one of the other parking spots and was not busy at all! We all sat there for 20 mins waiting for our food to come and after about 25 one of the girls that was working there came out to he car and told of that they were out of apple sauce, and we said that was fine my son will take tater tots instead. Then she walked off and went back in side and we waited again for another 10-12 mins and she finally brought our food out to us! We started handing out the food and drinks to the kids and I looked down and seen that my sons drink looked different then root beer. So i took the lid off the cup and took a sip of it and it was nothing but carbonation sugar water. Witch in my option they should have noticed that before they brought that out to use to the car! So I went back up to the door and knocked on the door a few times before they finally came out to see me and asked her we ordered a root beer and this not that. she looked at me and said oh we are out of root beer, and i looked at her with a dumb look and said then why in the heck would you send this out to me and not tell me you where out like you did with the apple Sause!!! Like really? So i told me to just give me dr pepper instead! While I was waiting i looked through the window of the store and saw food all over the floor that no one was cleaning up and just left on the floor while everyone inside was just walking around it like it was not even there! So that's when i decided it was time to wright a review about this store! and on top of that my tots tasted like they have been sitting out for hours! Once again we will never go back to this location again! Management really needs to get there employee's on track or yall need to shut down this location because i just saw most of the reviews here are bad and yall just keep letting it happen!
