I emailed a request for information about a wedding cake but never received a response after 2 weeks. So, I went in to inquire and was told the front staff can't provide wedding cake information. A stay at home Mom makes the wedding cakes and she will need to respond to my email for information. I did buy a cupcake and icing filled cookie and they were delicious but super disappointed this seems like a full service bakery but is not. I still have not been contacted about the wedding cake information request.

I had the sweetest gender reveal cake made and it was the perfect way to find out that we're having a baby boy ? The staff was so quick and helpful with getting the cake made and it's SO DELICIOUS! 12/10 recommend. Thank you, Sweet Traditions!

Sweet traditions did a phenomenal job with our wedding cake. They were super responsive during the ordering process. They communicated well when we dropped off flowers for the cake and decorated it beautifully. The cake itself was delicious and everything I hoped for. We went with chocolate with raspberry filling. They helped make our day special for an affordable price.

Amazing!! I accidentally put in the wrong pick up date for my mom birthday. They were so accommodating and helped me get the exact same cake the next day. 10/10 recommend, and absolutely will be going back for all my occasions!Oh and the cake was DELICIOUS

Went here because they advertised GF and I wanted to bring a dessert to dinner. They only had two or maybe 3 cupcakes to choose from and not cheap. I went ahead and bought a half a dozen. They were just ok, nothing special and nothing to rush back for.

I was buying a cake for my sweet 16, and if you're looking for a perfect bakery then you found it! the icing held up AMAZING even after being out of the fridge at a party for several hours. The cake was moist and perfectly baked. All the staff are INCREDIBLEEE and almost as sweet at the desserts! I 1000% would and will buy from sweet traditions again. everything was wonderful! The inside is clean, has a nice display case, and is very organized! I personally bought the caramel toffee cake for the top and funfetti for the bottom. It had both buttercream icing and cream cheese (per my request)! You know how people who work at places can't eat the food that's made there? it's always interesting. The lady at the counter made me feel super secure buying a cake here, because she herself buys them for birthdays! I've never had a better bakery.

Today I walked in to get a slice of cake and the cake slice is dry and crumbling. The person who answered the phone stated they have recently changed the recipe and are perfecting it. However no product should be trial and error not at the cost of my dime. I have spent a lot of money in this shop and the last items I have had are not up to par.Updated Review, customer service in the place is great, I visited again almost a year apart and the experience I last had was not the same. The texture and cupcake was great, so maybe previously they have gotten the texture back to normal.

Fabulous Death by Chocolate cupcake. Creamy, fudgy frosting, moisture cake and a delicious ganache filling. It was my first time there and I'll be back. I was waited on by a very friendly and enthusiastic woman. Great experience.
