Just don’t go here. It is crazy, everytime I go here they just give me I guess whatever they want. My order is always wrong, at this point I have to think it’s on purpose. I order a grilled cheese steak burrito, ok here’s a soft taco. Fourth time in a row I paid to eat what I didn’t want.

Horrible. Staff had no urgency, meals being served 25-30 minutes. One tall black guy was a total drone, looked like he was on drugs. Extremely incompetent, this location needs to get manament to address much needed service problems.

Made a drive thru order, and that girl Rayleigh, at the window offered the worst service I’ve had in my life so far (this comment come from someone who has work in the food industry btw)She was not only rude, but she refused to make any modifications to the order. She did said they couldn’t add xtra items, nor switch them, she even said that Taco Bell menu changed and didn't have the steak bowl no more.So we just made the order like it was in the menu, paid, and she refused to give us xtra sauces, she only placed two salsa verde, and two of the other ones we wanted (a total of four).Made a second order online, with the modifications, xtra sauces and pick it up at window, and she couldn’t even look at me in the eyes.I hope she got fired, or gets force to quit, she doesn’t deserve the job.

3rd time ordering from this place and they never gives any sauces when you order from DoorDash.Everyone knows taco bell is not as good without the sauce. Big waste of money.I understand employees are not paid that well but like take some initiative/pride in what you do and make sure the order is right.

I ordered the new chicken flat bread taco and it was okay. Bread little dough. The steak grilled burrito and no chips or whatever it is. Tell me why there are chips in it. I couldn't even go back and change it because I was on my lunch break.
