wish i could leave zero stars i paid & was CHARGED $24 for my meal and got 2 things out of 5 that i ordered i want a refund and this place sucks and service is terrible also the rude employee wrote a note on my bag and im not even a female we pulled around for the order and waited 5 mins then come to me missing most of my order not cute at all

These mfers don't care about getting your order right. You can literally tell them to what not to include and how you want your order and they will just give you the regular menu item. What about food allergies, huh? Do you not care about that? What if someone has a food allergy and they take a bite into it and you cause them hard? You wanna get sued?

This is the second time I’ve been there where I ordered online for pickup in the drive through and did not receive my order correctly. I’ve paid for beef to be added to a burrito twice now and twice I haven’t gotten it. They were out of both the chalupa and Gordita crunch items so I had to pick something else at the window. And my order was supposed to come with a large drink. The girl tried to pass off a regular cup and when I said something, she just said they were all out of large. Like what the actual. I will not be returning here ever nor would I suggest anyone else going if they actually want to get their correct order

I ordered grande breakfast burrito and there were only a third of a filling from what it should have had. I have tried this location multiple times and they are very stingy with what they offer to customers. Really disappointed by this location. I recommend going to the Taco Bell on Main St location.

Chalupa shell is stale and crunchy. Virtually no meat inside. 99% lettuce. Tastes terrible. I am demanding my money back. I am do disappointed. For $6 a piece I expect PREMIUM menu items. I could get a cheaper lunch at a sit-down mexican restaurant.I am contesting this charge on my credit card because I ordered food, and this is inedible. Never again. Taco Bell lost a customer today.
