The salad was good, the rolls were good. When I opened the container for the entree, it did not have the half slab of ribs. I discovered this near closing time. I called the restaurant and told someone what happened. The person asked if I wanted to speak to the manager or a member of the takeout team. I said either one. It was somewhere around 10:58 or 10:59 pm when I made the call. After holding for ten minutes, I gave up. The mixed vegetables and sweet potatoes were good. My lady gave me one of her pork chops. It was slightly rough yet still tasty. At this time, it's questionable to doubtful if I will ever go back. Next time I get takeout from anywhere, I guess I have to check every container.

So I went to Texas Roadhouse tonight at 7:00 and the hostess outside was rude . I tired to give her my name to get on the wait list and. 4 times she ignored me and took 4 different parties . Why cause I was a party of 2 ? I will never come here again . After that I left and went to ale house . She did me a favor

I mean, its a Texas Roadhouse chain. The service was amazing.The cactus blossom thingy was really good. Really everything was really good and they were slammed. Kudos to you guys.Parking: You may have to park at Sams during the busy hour.

This location charged us another table's bill, because the wrong table kiosk was placed on our table. Their bill was more than our bill. We were assured by the staff that in a week the issue would be resolved and it has not. We have called this location 3x since 3/11/2024, have been promised resolution by two managers and NOTHING has occured. We tried to dispute the amount with our banks and can you believe Texas Roadhouse said they didn't take the money. I will NEVER frequent another Texas Roadhouse. They don't do right by their customers. We could have raised hell about this issue in the restaurant but entrusted they would do the right thing.

Best dining experience by far the place full but you couldn't tell because everyone was so attentive and the food came out scrumptious.. very impressed with the entire experience
My wife and I went to Texas Roadhouse for our 12th wedding anniversary. Everything was great! Our service, the food, and the atmosphere were terrific. At one point the music got loud, too loud. But halfway through the song the volume was adjusted. Our only complaint. Highly recommend!

I'd give this Texas Roadhouse 5 out of 5 stars based on my first time eating there.The place was packed to the point that there were no parking spaces available, and large groups of customers were standing outside when our party of 6 arrived. They got us in and seated in 15 minutes.The waitress (Adrianna) was very friendly, courteous, and attentive even though she was also very busy. My tea glass stayed full & she kept the rolls coming while we waited for our food to arrive.When the food arrived, my steak (12 oz Porterhouse) was perfectly cooked & seasoned to perfection. The baked potato was fantastic. My wife, my 3 sons, & my daughter-in-law were all very satisfied with the food and service as well.Of the six of us there, only my middle son ordered something other than a steak. He ordered a bacon cheese burger, which I know he loved because after his first bite, he didn't speak again until it was gone.
So I cancelled an order Sunday and was told that the manager would email me for my refund. It's is now Friday and I have yet to receive that email I am calling again today and have been on the phone for 18+ minutes. I honestly don't mind calling back but idk what the best time .

Had the ribeye and it was perfect! Our server was great as well. Very attentive and served with a smile. My only complaint was that the music was so loud Saturday I couldn't even hear the person across from me.
