This place will take your order on the cash register with gloves on and keep on the same gloves and make and touch your food. This place needs better sanitation training and know that fresh gloves need to be put before handling food. You do not touch a nasty register or handle cash and then go make food with the same gloves. I’ve went to the Stadium Drive location in Wake Forest twice and both times the same experience. So the staff is not properly trained. I had to ask for a new wrap and new gloves be put on as she touched/attempted to make my food with dirty gloves.

8 AM on a Saturday, and I had a great experience: everything was clean, Bella was ready to work and quick to take orders and deal with customers, the music was good, and the smoothie was even better. The mango magic and Southwest wrap with sausage was made with care and was very delicious. I recommend this

Showed up half an hour before close, 4 employees standing around just talking. No one greeted us, we actually had to greet them. They definitely acted like they didn’t want our service. Also why lie about a drive through???

I had one of the breakfast wraps. It was really good and had to mango smoothie to go with it which was delicious. The smoothie was great as it was just the right consistency. It wasn’t too liquid or solid. The wrap was filled with scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese, which made it incredibly flavorful. The combination of the savory wrap and the sweet and tangy smoothie was the perfect lunch pairing. I couldn't help but savor every bite and sip. The mango smoothie had a refreshing tropical taste that complemented the wrap's rich and savory ingredients. I'm definitely going to order this lunch combo again in the future.

Picked up my food and one wrap was missing, I call up to ask for a refund and I get met with a bad attitude from a younger kid who refuses to give me a refund and keeps talking over me till she finally decides to just hang up. Terrible

Bummer to leave a negative review here as I have had typical tropical smoothie experiences here in the past. My go to order is a detox island green add pea protein and they were out of kale and pea protein. They had a sign posted that said no kale(and a few other items) and then the employees with a laugh had to tell me they were also out of pea protein. Got the vive the employees were just coping with embarrassment about clearly not being set up for success. I can’t have whey protein a protein smoothie was the reason for my stop so had to leave without anything.

Order was missing food, called back to get a refund for the food missing. Have had this happen several times with no resolution. Calling this time a girl named Isabella hung up the phone after being disrespectful to me. This was lunch for two kids at home sick. These children working here obviously can't be left unsupervised. Meanwhile the workers are laughing in the background at the fact I'm visibly upset when I came in. Never seen an actual manager working...absolutely absurd. If you like being disrespected by teenagers and your order wrong then enjoy. 'Isabella' never came forward and should be fired.

Just had the worst experience ever at the Stadium Dr Wake Forest location. After I asked to speak to the manager on duty Jessica, she continued to ignore me and began asking customers who walked in behind me if they needed help. I placed an online order for two smoothies that was estimated to be ready at 4:11pm and it was now 4:30 and only one of the drinks was ready when I arrived. I asked for her assistance again and this is when she finally decides to come approach me but does so in a combative and argumentative manner. Her voice was elevated, and her tone was very harsh. She said they were short staffed and rudely and sarcastically asked me if I needed a job in an attempt to embarrass me in front of all the patrons in the store. I replied that I was employed, in upper management. She responded she was too and walked away. I hop on my phone and start to look up the corporate info and ask her name. She starts yelling at me again, screaming my name across the room saying,“that’s you?”I ignored what seemed to be her desperate attempt to trigger me and get me out of character which would have in the end justified her behavior. She walked over with the drink I was waiting on for the past 20 mins and slammed it on the counter. I told her I no longer wanted it and asked for a refund. She said she could not refund me because it was an online order and told me to have a nice day. This woman should not be in management, let alone in the customer service industry. If this store is really short staffed I can see why. I’m surprised there are any employees left. If she speaks to a paying customer that way, I can imagine how she talks to her team when no one is around. Down right deplorable. I was a regular customer at this location, visiting quite often. I will never visit again.

Place order thru the app for pickup in cafe. Watched the attending cook yell there was no chicken prepped and she proceeded to scrape the bottom of the chicken pan and pick up pieces from around the pan area to put a few pieces in a tray to heat. I asked to wait so I could have a chicken chipotle flatbread without being filled with lettuce and no chicken. The cashier said there was enough chicken and said my order would be up. I watched as the cook did her best to make the order. Well..let’s just say it was a yummy lettuce and bacon with a few pieces of chicken chipotle flatbread. I would’ve preferred to wait and after insisting 3 times, I regret just not canceling my order and going to another location.
