My cheesesteak sub was okay that I got for my Mom and I came I visit her from Greensboro but that broccoli cheese soup was absolutely horrible! What a waste of money and I bought two! I couldn't eat it nor my mother.

Not very happy. It will be a long time before going back. I had a 6 inch sub coupon. I ordered my sub. Went to pay for it and handed her my coupon and she goes we can't accept that for cheese steak subs. I'm like um what. I told her it doesn't say anything about what kind of subs you can get. She then said her boss told them not to accept them when customers get steak and cheese. Well that's fine and dandy .... But it's needs to be where customers see it in the restaurant. She said it's posted over there. I never saw anything. So I'm very unhappy. And to top it all off the bread was stale. So made my sandwich not good.....

I have to say out of all my subway visits I have never felt more unwelcomed than from this place. The short black girl was very rude to me. And that is not being racist I couldn't see her name on her nametag Even rolled her eyes at me. That one staff member makes the whole establishment look horrible. If you don't like your job you should definitely find another. With that type of attitude you won't last long in retail. If i could give this restaurant no stars I would. They have truly lost a customer.

I am visiting my mother in Warrenton NC. I picked up meds from Walgreens and decided to treat her to a sub. I ordered at the drive-thru and drove to her house. The order was not accurate; they added condiments I did not ask for and the spinach wrap was discontinued so the preparer made the sub with a plain wrap and negated to inform me of the change. I called the manager and she located the receipt in the system ($27.) wrote my name and number in the 'book of mistakes' and agreed to remake it for free. I called yesterday to pick up the subs and the other manager said he was unable to honor the other manager's promise. Why? There was no record of the mistake. He also said it was not his problem to correct. Lesson learned. I will not spend another dime at Subway in Warrenton NC.
The associates are rude...did not acknowledge me when I walked in...one young lady seemed as if she was whispering when she spoke...I had to ask her several times to repeat herself 3X...She took the knife out of some kind of liquid and tapped off the excess then cut my sandwich in half...The meats and vegetables all looked fresh except for the "eggs" they just looked weird...Vegetarian options: There are lots of fresh vegetarian options to choose fromKid-friendliness: High chairs are availableWheelchair accessibility: Low thresholds and a "ramp" in the sidewalk from the street
