I love the caramel ribbon crunch!! It tastes delicious every time I order it from here. Other locations be a hit and miss but this location always tastes great and the customer service is great as well. I definitely recommend.

It’s the only option on 40 between Raleigh and Wilmington, so you don’t really have much choice, but the service is so slow that it will add 30 minutes to your trip.
Starbucks you have one job and that's to serve hot coffee. Not the 1st time my venti blonde roast was less than Luke warm. So disappointing to discover after I get back on the highway. At least the guy at the window was friendly.

Me and my husband were stopping thru and our truck broke down had to stay around town, the cashier at the counter remembered my order from the day before she was so polite.
When we arrived the parking lot was full and there was a long line of cars waiting at the drive through..about 8 and no sign of relief. I expected to walk into chaos and felt badly adding to their mass of customers. When we walked in, it looked like a well oiled machine as far as order! Employees showed no sign of stress;windows and front checkers polite; coffee chefs non stop but smooth and we waited a max of 5 minutes. I'm impressed!!

We placed a mobile order,and we misjudged the distance for how far away we were from the location. 25 minutes later we arrived to a very busy starbucks where we were shocked to find our drinks hadn't even been made. After waiting in the store for twenty minutes we were finally given one of the two drinks we ordered, but it was incorrect. They had to remake the drink. Then was told they no longer ("just ran out") of the ingredients for the other drinks we ordered. Maybe if they had made the drink when we ordered it (45 minutes ago) they would've had the Ingredients, if they had indeed "just ran out", as the app usually won't let you order something if it's out of stock. Recommend avoiding this one as the parking lot is also a nightmare.

Worst experience at a Starbucks ever. From beginning to end this was a horrible experience. The receptionists was rude like I was doing the company an inconvenience by being there with my son. We waited incredibly long for our drinks with no apology or any hint of customer service. Then as soon as we get our drinks we were asked to clear the lobby and go on a wet cold and rainy Sunday on the patio so that they could go on break. Again no apology or tact. Just thanks for your money now get out. Do not expect good customer service or coffee from this location
