There are some really rude people working there. I hate it for the employees I’ve seen being kind at this establishment. I know it sucks working in fast food but doesn’t mean you have to spread a nasty attitude around.

This place sucks so bad. You go through drive through with nobody else there to pull up and wait then get your food, guess what it’s cold or wrong order or both. Does anyone there care if they stay in business and continue to have jobs Washington would be better off with something else there they suck, I have based this on multiple chances I’m disgusted to say the least

This place is a joke. First I pull up and they tell me that they're now serving lunch even though their breakfast menu is up. I said okay well I'll just wait for the menu to switch over because I don't know what's available. Then the lady comes on and ask me if I want a croissant sandwich and French toast sticks, which I thought that was rather weird. and I said no thank you. I was told it was lunch. Then what looks like the manager sticks her heads out and asked me if I was waiting for lunch I said I was just told it was lunch and I was waiting for the menu to switch so I can place my order. (Anything you get from a tail end of breakfast has usually been sitting under a heat lamp all day) Then she proceeds to tell me the person behind me wants breakfast. Um... Okay. I don't know how you know that. Well I'm hauling a full size car trailer and I can't just easily maneuver around the parking lot. So I just took that as they don't want my money and pretty much just told me to go away. Fine.

I've been a fan of the flame broiled Whopper for most of my life. Being away at War during Desert Storm years ago, I craved a Whopper most of all.The Whoppers I've purchased at thus store are properly assembled, masterpieces! From the bun, it wasn't smashed or deformed in any way, patties, juicy with great flavor, lettuce, fresh and the right ratio., onions , tomatoes and condiments, perfect. The assembly seems to have someone who cares about their product. I tip my hat to your restaurant. Thank you for caring. The fries are hot and salty, the burger (double Whopper with cheese) is perfect!

This is the second time that I had trouble at the drive thru. The first time they told me that I had to come inside that they couldn't take orders at the drive thru. The next time they couldn't take cards, cash only. I had to go get cash because that's where the family wanted supper from.

The last 5 times I went here I wondered why I keep going back thinking the service is going to change, I can never get hot fresh food even after asking for it.

I order 5 sandwiches at the the take out and after waiting 25 minutes I ask at the window if all the food was in the bag. They said yes so I paid and left. When I arrived home I discover I was missing a sandwich. I called the restaurant but they never answered. I will never go back. With this level customer service they will not survive the great recession that is coming.
