I placed an order before 7:30 for 2 pizzas for delivery last night. The tracker showed it being cooked and quality checked for over an hour. We called and they blamed it on the lack of delivery drivers. We finally received our pizzas at 9:30. It was cold and terrible. If they knew the drivers weren’t able to take it right then, why would they cook it and leave it sitting out to get cold? Awful! This is the second time this exact thing has happened to us!

Dominos prepared our dinner tonight. It was evident that they’re a little short staffed, but everyone was super nice and working hard. I was early to pickup my online order and sat and waited for about 10minutes. I observed them communicating with each other effectively to get out orders as fast as they could. It was really nice to see the teamwork. They even got my order out about 5minutes sooner than the tracker said. The chicken wings are SUPER tiny now, but that’s no fault to the store. Our pizza was absolutely delicious- kids are happy, hubby was happy. Thanks guys!Vegetarian options: I get mushroom, onion, and green peppers on my pizza. Sometimes black olives too. There is a great selection of fresh veggies and pineapple that I enjoy on pizza. They have a Mediterranean veggie sub as well.

All the drivers are extremely nice i have even had a driver offer to bring my dog back after he ran out. (at 10-11 at night) But every-time i call or go in i feel as if i am a burden, i have went in in my work uniform (pizza hut) and got laughed at. I have even called and paid over the phone and the lady did not even tell me my total until AFTER i gave all my card information. My mom called one time the guy who answered was rude hung up on her and did not even inform her he was placing the order. (my mother was sort of being a Karen) But that is still no reason to be so rude and just hang up on her. (he did not tell her the total either) Without trying to explain the situation in a calm manner if my mom was cursing or being rude i would of understood. She was just a confused customer who did not want to spend ABOUT $20 for one pizza when the original price was around $14-15 .(can not recall exact total as this all happened about a month ago) Otherwise i do not eat the pizza because i see it about everyday but the pasta, lava cakes, and tater tots are really really good the prices are as well. I do not want to be inconsiderate, because everyone has there days. (some worse then others) But every-time i interact with people in the store i feel unwelcome.

Thirty plus minutes pass the delivery time given. Tracker had pizza out of oven at 11:54 got delivered at 12:28Pizza was semi soggy at delivery. Tatertots were the same. Don't even bother callingstore to inquire about delivered they never answer.

The staff acknowledged and greets everyone that walks through the door. They're cheerful, nice and work like a well oiled machine!!Parking: Clean with ample space for cars and trucks.Kid-friendliness: They have a step stool for the kids to watch the pizza making process. The pizza maker also throws the pizza dough up which excites and impresses the kids while we wait for our order.

The pizza was delicious and convenient. We had been out late and needed to eat something, Domino's was open for service, and we were so happy. The pizza was hot and perfectly prepared for us. If you are in Washington NC, I recommend you try their pizza. A+
