1/27/24 6:40PM went to eat with my fiancé and mom. Service was good at first but then went down hill like a flash of lightning. The cooks weren’t doing their job. A family had to wait over an hour just for 1 pizza they ordered. Half the staff was fussing at each other back n forth, got the whole restaurant’s attention. we only got 1 refill when our waiter had to switch rolls with someone else cause they weren’t doing their job. As we were leaving 2 waitresses were fussing at each other loudly. Couldn’t get out fast enough.

This place has really gone downhill. From the lack of food on the buffet, the overall dirty conditions of the restaurant to our waiter's lack of attention, I have no desire to visit again in the near future. The waiter did get his automatic gratuity though since we were a large party.

Pizza Inn is one of those staples in the community that if you grew up with it and you come back to your hometown and it still there you're happy about it. Love coming to Washington to go to Pizza inn. It is always delicious. My order is always correct. the atmosphere however, I do not like the renovations but I get it. I really like the nostalgia of the old pizza in Decor. It's a great place to Enjoy Good pizza in your hometown.
