Why are they closing at 9 and at 10 PM? I USUALLY go to this location because I get off at 9! But lately they have been closed!

My first time ordering online from this location . When I arrived my online order was not ready (even though the app alerted me it was) No big deal though . One of the employees stated they had a rush but my order was up next. I was very skeptical about using the online ordering system for subway from the beginning but wanted to give it a shot.My issue was that I was NOT satisfied with my sandwiches at all . They were both excessively over loaded with veggies and condiments to the point where it wasn’t enjoyable . I hate messy sandwiches because the bread gets super soggy. I only asked for a little extra onions. Everything else was supposed to be regular portions, smh. All we could taste was the loads of honey mustard! I hate I wasted my coupon on the disappointment! I didn’t have time to even complain & ask for it to be corrected because it was my lunch break unfortunately. The crew was super nice but the sub definitely gets a 0 today :-(

Gotten a little expensive but so has everything these days. I personally like the flatbread but you can get anything you want, even a bowl. Always good service. Like the combos. Cookies are excellent. Very consistent food.

It was 12pm when I went in today. All the staff were friendly despite being in the middle of lunch rush. They displayed excellent teamwork and made me a delicious sandwich in a quick amount of time.

I just had to walk out of this establishment without even getting my food. There was only one person in front of me in line when I got here, but the staff kept prioritizing online orders over the people that are standing right in front of them.The first staff member started to take my order then literally walked away while I was talking to her in order to start making an online order that had just come in. So now despite the fact that I was standing right there, have been in line, and they finally started to take my order, I am having 4 subs being made in front of mine.They finally took my order and started making it, put it in the toaster, but then left it sitting there on the counter to get cold while they kept making online order after online order, barely acknowledging myself or the growing line of people behind me.It was exactly 32 minutes from the time I was at the front of the line and began to give me order to the time I walked out the door WITHOUT my food because I had to get back to work and could not wait any longer. None of the staff even apologized for the incredibly long wait.From now on I will not be visiting this location. If I want subway I will go to one of the other locations here in Washington even though it's an extra 5+ minutes down the road.I am generally not a person to write a bad review but this was just absolutely ridiculous.

Downloaded the subway app and ordered online for the first time with them. Order was wrong and I politely told them. They were more concerned about who did or didn’t do it instead of showing some decent customer service and just fix the order. We waited yet another 15 minutes for them to correct so I sat back in my husband’s truck. He went in to grab when it was ready. We should have triple checked before leaving because once we got home my husband said you wouldn’t believe!!! After 40-50 minutes they still did not get right. The entire sub was wrong. My husband ordered a footlong meatball and actually got a Philly 6”.
