Went to try the breakfast for the first time and it was not a great experience. The maple bacon and chicken sandwich was not very good and would be better on a biscuit. If they try to say the bread they use is a biscuit, then they need the definition of what a biscuit is. Also, they give potato wedges, as opposed to hashbrowns or something more of the breakfast nature, which is so heavy and didn’t taste very good. I got a coffee and that’s when I really got upset, because it tastes more like coffee flavored water, heavy on the water. For the prices they charge for breakfast, they need to do better, or just don’t serve breakfast. I won’t be returning.

Place sucks the last few months drive through is slow takes 15 mins or more just to get food and going inside was about the same....staff is lazy and don't seem motivated to work....stay home if you don't wanna do anything.

Hit or miss at this location. I go 3 or 4 days a week to get my favorite coke freestyle machine drink but only because zaxbys is closed. 9 out of 10 times they get food order wrong. Like yesterday my daughter's burger was made incorrectly. Their app scanner NEVER works.

Problems with the drink machine 2 out of 3 times. Water on the floor that was danger to everyone. Who big idea was it to do away with the side salad & half salad? Employees are having a hard time in this location. Hoping Wendy's will improve.

Disappointed with a dry, rubbery chicken sandwich, returned it and the second one, served immediately, was just as dry and rubbery. Both tasted like they had been sitting out WAY too long. Maybe safe, but not edible . If a product is returned with a complaint of being overcooked or old, don’t just give them another piece of old dried out chicken. Throw the remaining chicken out and replace with a freshly cooked piece.

Drive thru at the one in New Bern is SUPER slow and for some reason cannot take but one or two orders at a time causing massive wait times. Washington has so many people working the drive thru they need to move some to other positions to serve the front counter. As well as only having Strawberry Frosty and none in Chocolate or Vanilla
