Past experience was mediocre. Their system would always go down. Today, the staff was on point. I had a pretty big order, and they got it correct. Even used the little tab indicators on top of the drinks to differentiate which was which.

Everything was super fresh and tasty! Good brand new location with modern design. Nice and clean. I don’t understand why the reviews are not good. Really like it. Will definitely come back.

I went to the drive through to order a Double Stack Biggie Bag and was asked sauce and drink. After i said the drink, I said for the burger I want it plain. Then the lady said next time you have to tell me that first because they already start making it. So is this really the way now that we have to go by the restaurant's rule in making an order!?!? I mean I asked for the burger to be plain right after I said the drink but her tone made it seem like its my fault and my mistake. So for those of you that go next time make sure you tell them how you want your burger or sandwich done first or else they will give you a hard time about it.

Well after waiting in the drive thru for over 45 minutes...I ordered 2 potatoes plus a large chili. Was told they had to make my potato. I am now waiting over an hour. While my chili and 1 potato sit inside getting cold. Also added a Coke to my order....had none...If you plan to raise prices during peak hours you better get your act together.
Rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude. Food is meh, lucky if you get what you ordered. Did I mention they’re rude?

I have been here 3 times in the same month and I have to say 2 out of 3 times it has been disappointing. They need to stop being so sad with bad energy about their job because it is bad for everyone the customers and their co-workers. It’s sad that they rush me at the drive thru when they aren’t even busy cant even get the order right, on multiple items. One time was decent and I don’t know when I will get lucky again.

Management called POLICE on me (BANNED ME) for asking them to wipe their mess. I posted a VIDEO. The new MANAGER is from up north. She is EXTREMELY rude and cares nothing about the customer. She called the Waxhaw POLICE on me (banned me) for asking employees to stop smoking by the door and to clean the soda machine.

The lady gave me the drink with soda all over cup tried to say they had no napkins for me to wipe my cup got a napkin thrown at me they dumped the chicken nuggets all over countertop putting them back in with her fingers. Paid for onions in chili and got none and paid for a chicken sandwich which they failed to give me so I had to back up to ask for it. I have never went threw a more rude inconsiderate people working a drive threw

Waited in line at drive through for 25 mins Xmas Eve , extremely slow line of 7 cars I was the 5th when I got to order at 7:55 they said they were closing I will not go there
