Went here for a special date. The tomato pie was delicious. My husband's duck duo made him happy. Juicy, tender. The Perloo I ordered was too greasy to eat. I don't think the sausage was drained. By the time it cooled to a temp I could eat it, grease was floating in puddles along the surface. The picture is when it first came to our table. I was disappointed. They did make it right, though, by offering a replacement dish to go. I gave it to our son as we had plans, but, I did try a bite of it. Our server took a bit long to get a drink and my husband's first choice of top shelf scotch was not in stock and it took 20 minutes to figure that out.. One issue was that the booth had seats that were torn to shreds. I looked at other booths and many were that way. The ragged vinyl scratched my legs in the short dress I was wearing. All that being said, we'd go back, I'll just skip the Perloo and wear pants.

Quaint little restaurant in downtown Waynesville. The food was different than the usual fare and was absolutely delicious! Will definitely return every time we are in town.

My husband ordered the Duck Duo for his main course. It was very good. I ordered theRibeye it was very good as well. We ordered the Banana Pudding to go. It was the best banana pudding I ever had. We ate at the bar.The bartender was very nice and pleasant. My only thing I did not love was the bar chairs. They are starting to get mushy.

Amazing experience! We randomly visited from Shelby meeting my parents for a child spring break drop off. Only complaint is that the peas in the hoppin John weren’t quite done. Other than that I haven’t had pickled cauliflower since my Nanny (from Robbinsville) made it. Will be back.

Enjoyed Easter brunch! My wife had the omelet and salad while I had their grits with egg and sausage. They were both delicious and went well with our bloody marys. Our server was friendly, helpful and attentive. I expected to pay more for Grey Goose, but was a little surprised by the $4 up charge.Parking: For Sunday brunch there was plenty of parking on the street (stores closed). Normally, parking can be difficult when stores are open.

Great food. Don't try the green sauce. Has a very similar taste to Play-Doh. Other than that I would recommend the dining. One thing that seemed a little peculiar was they didn't have honey mustard or ranch.

The food - oh my the food, my taste buds were having a party. However, the caveat the desert was served in a cast iron dish and burnt my fingers. This is a law suit waiting to happen, either train your staff or remove it from the dish or remove it from the menu. I shutter to think if a child touched this, it would have taken the skin off. Shame on them for not warning me.

Quite literally the best meatloaf I have ever eaten, the other members of my party had the trout and the perloo and they were both exceptional as well.
