My friend and I had such a wonderful dining experience here with a beautiful atmosphere, great attention to sound reduction ( they have ceiling acoustic panels which I wish far more restaurants would use to allow you to hear your party better), amazing food, and a very wise and kind owner. For a while we didn't realize we were talking the owner because she has a humble spirit. The upstairs looks perfect for events as well.Dietary restrictions: I was thrilled that I could have their amazing dishes with gluten free pasta!?
Ordered some take-out from Bocellis. Service over the food was good. The food was ready fast and was really good.

The food is very good! Unfortunately, the atmosphere was not. The door was kept open making it cold inside. The owner stood right behind me talking loudly to another table for about 20 minutes. I couldn't carry on a conversation with my husband because he couldn't hear me. We were served our salads and then waited 30 minutes for our entrees. Two tables who were seated after us paid and left before we were served.The prices reflect a fine dining experience, and this is just Not!Dietary restrictions: They charge $2 extra for gluten free meals.

Had a hair in my food and they seemed to not even care and despite there only being about 4 different people dining while we were there we did not get attentive service. The food I guess was okay but not worth the price for it, definitely would not go back.

This was the most mediocre Italian meal I have had in a long time. I love Italian. I go to an Italian restaurant everywhere I travel. This was not impressive, and I was rather disappointed. My teenagers went here after prom and said the same thing, but I wanted to try it for myself. My boyfriend and I went together for Valentine's. We waited for 30 minutes after our reservation, which is fine you cannot anticipate how long people take to eat. We were finally sat upstairs in a bar area. We had a lter reservation so their were empty tables upstairs and it was quieter than the main floor. The server took 16 minutes to greet us. She forgot my boyfriend's second drink and we had to flag her down to remind her. I ordered a glass of wine with my meal and she forgot it. I didn't bother to flag her down for it. She checked on us once after our meal was delivered. My boyfriend had one bite of his philly (we do not recommend) she didn't even notice that he wasn't eating. The philly meat was oily, and the overall texture reminded me of a Steak Ums. I quit eating those when I was 12. Poor quality. I had the chicken marsala with risotto. It was the smallest portion I have been served at any restaurant, certainly the smallest in Haywood, and was 3 dollars more than our regular Italian restaurant choices. The risotto was plain. No flavor nothibg special about the dish at all. We flagged our server down and asked for a box and the ticket, then ended up tossing the food anyhow. I doubt it would have improved in quality or flavor leftover. Much better Italian to be had in Haywood County for sure.

I went to Bocelli's for the first time yesterday. Doing the survey it did not give me the option on this website toshare what good dish option that I got but, I got the meat Lasagna. I swear this is the best lasagna that I have ever had at any restaurant... way better than Olive Garden. It was $9.95 on the daily special for Thursday. It comes with a soup or a house salad. I got the salad and it was so delicious. And you get the choice of garlic bread or the garlic knots. I got the garlic knots but i'm sure they're garlic bread is good also. I live 30 minutes away from this restaurant, but I'm gonna make this a monthly treat for me, my husband and my mom! You will not be disappointed.If I could give them more than five stars I would....
