Raw chicken is unforgivable! Fryer timers are dangerous and if you cook anything from raw, you should have real cooks. My chicken sandwich was raw in the middle; like very raw. This reflects poorly on company policies that put profits before food safety.

I typically have a wonderful experience at this establishment. Unfortunately, they had a young lady on staff that was absolutely rude and distasteful with how she handled our service. I have the utmost respect for food service workers or people that work with the public in general as I know they go through alot. Unfortunately, this young lady was relentless and rushed us along and failed to accurately take our order and then had the audacity to talk trash. Thankfully, the shift leader (young AA male) came to the rescue and treated my family and I with respect. I'll refrain from using names this time out of grace for the young lady. She could've been going through something. But let this be a reminder to be kind and if you're having a rough day, it's OK to pause, regroup and come back before handling people in such a disrespectful manner.
