“Picked up an order on Friday, I got the brisket plate with baked beans and tater tots. Everything was excellent, the brisket was so tender it just melts in your mouth. I have eaten here many times and have never had a bad meal. Kristen always provides excellent service and is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. A must try while in Ashe county.“

“What an amazing place and amazing staff I’m a tractor trailer driver from PA passing through after I picked up a load of beautiful local Christmas trees I googled local bbq places and this popped up immediately and I just knew it was gonna be exactly what I was wanting an official real bbq spot and I tell u on everything I love in this world my expectations were blown out of this realm I could literally taste the love and passion they put into their bbq!! The best rack of ribs I’ve ever eaten fried chicken was excellent also I had Mac n cheese beans and hush puppies which I was educated on today that they are actually corn bread which I loved and topped it all off with a slice of lemon meringue and a sweet tea thank you owners and staff for showing me what real bbq is.
