“Hadn't been in an "Out-There" Dunkin' in a while and this one was a pleasant surprise: looks brand new, hip colors, including fashionable pink, airy interior and Dunkin' upbeat radio pumping out good vibes. Did I mention the teas and coffee brews on taps that you think resemble the ones you find in a pub? In all a pleasing experience, bravo Dunkin'!“

“It was, well... It's McDonald's. They seem friendly enough. Not like some snotty behind the counter (key board) warrior types. If you know what I mean. They were willing to help. Didn't complain or try and punish you for their mistakes like I've seen so many do in my years.... Good job McDonald's. Extra fourth star for that fact.“

“I'm giving 5 stars because it's not the businesses fault that their newer staff members "hope your milk shake tastes like Sh¡t" because they messed up the order and after waiting on it for 20 minutes, it had to be remade.I'm in here often, this is a recent issue.To the (younger) staff, we can hear you (and all the customer slanding) from all the way at the back door...To These New owners, you might want to secret shop your south Whiteville MCdonalds location, be (reasonably)difficult, see how your staff handles it.This would be a 1 start review if the previous owners didn't earn/build such a great customer relationship. That being said, if I over hear anymore interactions between the staff and customers like I did today, I'll up date this review to 1/5 stars as it should be.“
